The cleaning plan should protect the home as carefully as it improves it.
Allergies and sensitivitiesKnown allergies, fragrance concerns, pet considerations, asthma triggers, and chemical sensitivities.
Products to avoidA clear list of prohibited chemicals, fragrances, materials, or methods.
Preferred productsRequested cleaners for appliances, glass, stone, wood, and specialty finishes.
Delicate surfaces and contentsNatural stone, specialty flooring, fine wood, decorative fixtures, collectibles, and areas requiring special handling.
Access and prioritiesEntry instructions, pets, parking, high areas, restricted rooms, and the spaces that matter most.
Written cleaning profileThe approved preferences and boundaries remain with the service scope for future visits.
If a requested specialty product is not part of our normal supplies, the client may be asked to provide it in its original labeled container. Product preferences reduce avoidable exposure but cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.

Estate Detail clarifications
The most comprehensive service still follows clear property and safety limits.
Appliance movementOne freestanding refrigerator and one freestanding range may be moved only when they can be handled without risking the floor, appliance, water line, gas connection, or electrical connection. Built-in or unsafe appliances remain in place.
Vent cleaning“Vents” means accessible supply and return covers plus surrounding surface dust. Interior ductwork and HVAC-system cleaning are not included.
Reachable detailCabinet tops, fans, fixtures, and ledges are cleaned only when safely reachable with approved access.
Additional workIf the condition or requested work exceeds the quote, Cypress pauses for approval before adding time or charges.

Professional boundaries
Cypress is a scheduled in-and-out cleaning service, not a live-in or open-ended maid service. The team completes the approved scope and leaves when that work is finished.
Hazardous materials, mold, pests, asbestos, fuel, chemicals, bodily fluids, specialty remediation, unsafe high access, unsafe appliance movement, and prohibited disposal items require separate evaluation and may be declined.
